Affordable Electrics & Repairs Ltd does all new installations and rewiring will be done in accordance with and complete compliance with the IEE regulations and the customer’s personal requests as long as it is safe. All rewires come with inspections and test safety certification called Part P.
Certification is crucial for many reasons such as if you wish to sell or buy your property you will have to produce documents to say your electrical systems are checked and functioning properly. This is a legal requirement.
